How do I know which package is right for me?

The package that is right for you is entirely dependent on the needs of your social media as part of your marketing strategy. If you are reliant on social media to drive traffic to your website and reach a wider audience to see a significant growth in sales, you simply will need more content and time to engage. If you already have a busy client base and online network, you will need less with the sole intention of maintaining what you currently have to stay relevant.

How much time do I have to dedicate to working with you on social media?

This is dependent on which package you choose for your business. On the highest package possible, we take care of every aspect of your social media marketing and will need very limited time from you in terms of content creation. If you are looking to start smaller, you will need to dedicate a few hours a week to work 1-1 with us to ensure your content is being created and uploaded.

To what extent are you able to help me with my social media?

We are able to manage every aspect of your social media from the top end of the spectrum which involves services including brand shoots and communication with other areas of your marketing team, to something much more simple, which can be viewed as a ‘helping hand and accountability partner.’

How do I know which platform I need to be on?

The platform you need to be on is again dependant on the goals of your client, as each platform is designed to work in different ways. For example, Pinterest is designed to send consumers from a single post to a website, whereas Instagram want the consumer to stay within the app so will push content that engages well.

What tools do you use for social media management?

For each client, we have tools in place such as Google Docs and third-party apps which are easy to use from your phone in order to collaboratively work on posts and captions, ensuring you are always happy with what is being posted.
